Legal notice

Publisher, publication director, hosting providers and consumer mediation for mixartisan.com.

Mixartisan is operated from France. This notice is published under Article 6-III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN).

1. Publisher

Mixartisan is a trading name and a service operated by L&L4S. The site mixartisan.com is published by:

  • Company name: L&L4S
  • Legal form: French société par actions simplifiée (SAS, simplified joint-stock company)
  • Share capital: €100.00 (fixed)
  • Registered office: 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France
  • SIREN number: 941 794 141
  • SIRET number (registered office): 941 794 141 00015
  • Trade register: RCS Paris 941 794 141
  • EU VAT number: FR94 941 794 141

2. Contact

French law requires the publisher to provide contact details allowing users to reach and communicate with them directly and promptly. It does not require a telephone number: an electronic contact address satisfies that requirement provided it allows direct and effective communication. The address above is the publisher's official channel for anything — questions, data protection requests, reports of unlawful content.

3. Publication director

The publication director is the company's legal representative: Timothée Langlois-Ruget, president of L&L4S.

4. Hosting providers

The site is hosted by:

  • Vercel Inc.
  • 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States
  • vercel.com

As things stand, the site uses no database at all. It is a presentation site: no accounts, no forms, no payment. Vercel is the only provider involved, and only as the host.

The host of the service database will be named here, and in the privacy policy, before the service opens.

5. Intellectual property

Everything that makes up the site — structure, text, interface, visual identity, the "Mixartisan" name and the source code — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of the publisher or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

This clause does not cover user-uploaded content — audio files, projects, tracks. That content remains the exclusive property of its author. See the terms of use and terms of sale.

6. Personal data

How personal data is processed is set out in the privacy policy. Cookie use is set out in the cookie policy.

7. Consumer mediation

Under Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer is entitled to free access to a consumer mediator in order to settle a dispute with the publisher out of court, after first attempting to resolve it directly through a written complaint to our team.

As things stand, the publisher has not joined any consumer mediation scheme — and is not selling anything. The site is a presentation site: no contract is concluded on it, no payment is possible, and so no consumer dispute can arise from it (see the terms).

The scheme will be joined before the first sale, as Article L. 612-1 requires. The mediator's name, postal address and website address — the three details required by Article R. 616-1 — will be published here at that point.

We prefer this statement to a mediator's name that would correspond to no actual membership.

For the record: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform no longer exists. It was shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repeals Regulation (EU) No 524/2013. The list of dispute resolution bodies is now published by the European Commission.

8. Reporting unlawful content

Manifestly unlawful content hosted on the site can be reported to the contact address given in section 2. A report must identify the content and set out the grounds on which it should be removed.

9. Governing law

This site and this legal notice are governed by French law.
